NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 30, 2014, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Elisa Leavitt on behalf of Alan R. Leavitt, D.C. The Petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of Rule 64B2-13.004, Florida Administrative Code, which requires that for the purpose of renewing a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he or she participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of continuing chiropractic education during the past two years.
