    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Eileen Poulos, MAI, on July 3, 2014. Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of §475.6221, F.S., regarding whether Petitioner can continue as primary supervisor of a Registered Trainee Appraiser (RTA), although Petitioner is no longer a permanent resident of Florida but currently holds a valid Florida license and RTA is her direct report; also whether RTA may receive experience credit in her virtual office setting under the current supervisory status. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 4, 2014. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
