GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Long-Term Care Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates buy-back provisions as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2017-2018, makes changes to correspond to the statutory updates in 409.908, F.S., and makes technical and editorial changes. The effective date for this amendment will be July 1, 2017.
