NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 23, 2020, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for waiver from rule 69L-31.005, F.A.C., from Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Rule 69L-31.005(2), F.A.C., provides a petitioner 10 calendar days from receipt of a notice of deficiency to cure a deficiency. Petitioner is seeking that the department waive the requirement that petitioner cure the deficiency within 10 calendar days because it would create a substantial hardship or would violate the principles of fairness.
