  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Harry Cohn, President, In re: Lamplighter Village Home Owners Association, Inc. and Susan N. Leahy, President, In re: L.V. Manufactured Homeowners Association, Inc. Docket No. 2011035222, on June 30, 2011. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 723.075 and 723.076, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
    Whether two mobile homeowner associations in Lamplighter Village would lose their rights of first refusal to purchase phases of the mobile home park if they merged under Sections 723.075 and 723.076, Florida Statutes, and under in re: Pet.
