PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 25-4.0161, F.A.C., would be amended to reduce the regulatory assessment fee for telecommunications companies under Sections 350.113 and 364.336, F.S., as required by Section 364.336, F.S., to remove references to company types no longer regulated by the Commission, to amend regulatory assessment fee filing forms, and to clarify requirements for requesting a filing extension.
