    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Robert E. Keller on February 27, 2014. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition: The Notice of Declaratory Statement was published on March 18, 2014, in Vol. 40, No. 53, of the Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought the Board’s interpretation of §120.62, F.S., regarding whether a licensee has the right to legal representation and still maintain confidentiality in a disciplinary proceeding prior to a finding of probable cause. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 7, 2014, in Orlando, Florida.

    The Board’s Order, filed July 21, 2014, effectuates Petitioner’s ore tenus motion for withdrawal of his petition.
