REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, request qualifications for licensed general contractors to submit for Construction Management at Risk services on the following project:

PROJECT NAME: Florida Department of Law Enforcement Regional Operations Center
LOCATION: Pensacola, Florida
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: Current funding is approximately $3,000,000.00 with additional funding contingent upon future appropriation by the Legislature. Construction is expected to be approximately $15,000,000.00.
