NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 8, 2019, the Department of Education, received a petition for Variance from subsection 6A-2.0040(6), F.A.C., Sanitation Standards in K-12 Private Schools. The petition, dated July 8, 2019, requests a variance or waiver exempting the school from the mandatory floor drain and hose bibb requirements prescribed by rule. The petitioner is Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, located in Winter Haven, Florida.
