    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This notice provides an updated webinar registration link to the Notice of Rule Development advertised in the Florida Administrative Register on June 25, 2020.

    The workshop will address proposed rules that will apply to consumptive use permit applicants in the CFWI Area defined in section 373.0465(2)(a), F.S, and supersede portions of Chapters 40C-2, 40D-2 and 40E-2, F.A.C., regulating the consumptive use of water in the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) or South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) when explicitly provided in the rules or the Supplemental Applicant’s Handbook.
