    The Department of Children and Families hereby gives notice:

    The Department of Children and Families has issued an order disposing of the petition for waiver of Rules 65C-45.004(2)(b)10., and 65C-45.009(7)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code., filed by Brevard Family Partnership and Keri and Ryan O’Connell, Case No., 20-015W on July 24, 2020. The Notice of Variance and Waivers was published in Volume 46, No. 133, F.A.R., on July 9, 2020. Rule 65C-45.004(2)(b)10., F.A.C., requires that a licensing application file shall contain a Family Foster Home Safety Documentation consisting of a fire inspection report (where required by local zoning laws). Rule 65C-45.009(7)(a)1., F.A.C., states that changing location of a licensed out-of-home caregiver within the region shall require a new “Application for License to Provide Out-of-Home Care for Dependent Children,” incorporated by reference in Rule 65C-45.003, F.A.C., a new Unified Home Study for the new location, a satisfactory environmental health inspection of the new residence, disaster plan, home emergency evacuation plan, fire inspection where required by local zoning laws, and radon testing where applicable. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

    The waiver of Rule 65C-14.023(15)(c), F.A.C., was dismissed.
