PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revisions to Chapter 62-604, F.A.C., are being considered to ensure the proper collection and transmission of domestic wastewater.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Department is proposing amendments to Chapter 62-604, F.A.C., entitled Collection Systems and Transmission Facilities, to improve the collection and transmission of domestic wastewater, including the operation and maintenance of collection/transmission systems as well as the reporting of sanitary sewer overflows..
