64B5-2.0146: Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges

The Board of Dentistry hereby gives notice that it has received a petition, filed on June 12, 2008, by Anas Selman, DDS, seeking a waiver or variance of Rule 64B5-2.0146, F.A.C., with respect to the following licensure requirement: that each applicant for a Florida dental license successfully completes supplemental remedial education to the level of a graduating senior.
