    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Vincent L. Castellucci Jr., In Re: Celebration Point Master Association, Inc., Docket No. 2017031055, filed on June 29, 2017. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of section 718.112(2)(d), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether Celebration Point Masters Association, Inc. is bound by amendments to Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, adopted subsequent to the filing of its governing documents in 1986? What is the eligibility/ineligibility criteria, as set forth in section 718.112(2)(d), Florida Statutes (1986), to be a candidate for board membership and to serve on the board of directors thereafter?
