NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert Sheppard, a plans examiner with the City of Marathon. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of section R311.1 of the Florida Building Code, Building, 6th Edition (2017), as it applies to the petitioner.
