    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 1, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Escambia County Judicial Center at 190 W Government St, Pensacola, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 5 days of the publication of this notice with Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW 2019-127).
