NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 26, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for bestbet Orange Park at 455 Park Avenue, Orange Park, FL. Petitioner seeks a temporary variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
