THE PRELIMINARY TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT IS:

 

64B1-6.006 Requirements for the Provider.

Each provider shall:

(1) Register with CE Broker through CEbroker.com, File all information necessary for provider registration on Form DOH/AP007, Continuing Education Provider Registration, which is hereby incorporated by reference and will be effective 7-26-04, copies of which may be obtained from the Board office, and pay the appropriate provider registration fee direct to CE Broker. The provider registration fee is non-refundable and shall be paid within each biennium upon the earliest of the following events that occurs during the biennium:

(a) through (b) No change. 

(2) through (11) No change. 

(12) Providers shall maintain records of individual offerings for inspection by the Department; records shall include subject matter, objectives, faculty qualifications, evaluation mechanisms, credit hours and rosters of participants.
