FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of DeFuniak Springs’ proposed project to repair and/or replace sections of the City’s existing sanitary sewer system will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $8,363,783. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
