The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:
On July 27, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C., for Melbourne Leased Housing Associate II, LLLP, allowing the investor to contribute less than 15% of the total proposed equity at the time of construction closing. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 22, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 24, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 102, F.A.R.
