The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 27, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b), F.A.C., for Suncrest Court Redevelopment, LLC, granting an extension of the Firm Loan Commitment Deadline from November 8, 2018 to May 7, 2019. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on June 25, 2018, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on June 27, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 125, F.A.R.
