The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 27, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b), F.A.C., for Ambar Key Homes, Ltd., granting an extension of the Firm Loan Commitment Deadline from July 28, 2018 to January 28, 2019. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on July 5, 2018, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on July 6, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 131, F.A.R.
