NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from WeCare Pediatric Extended Care, Corp. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of section 304.1, Florida Building Code, Building, 6th Edition (2017), as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner wishes to know whether the proposed pediatric care center would be classified as a business group B occupancy.
