NOTICE OF DISPOSITION
The Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Declaratory Statement, filed on February 19, 2019, by Joseph Kennett, Esq. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 45, No. 45, of the March 6, 2019 Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner sought the agency’s opinion as to whether a license is required to bury plastic roll duct HDPE conduit, never larger than 2 inches in diameter, which contains either fiber optics or coaxial cable from a point just outside the right-of-way to a point just outside the home on private property. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on March 22, 2019 in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
The Board’s Order, filed on April 16, 2019, grants Petitioner’s request to withdraw Petition for Declaratory Statement.
