FLORIDA REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL BOARD
The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Declaratory Statement, filed on January 8, 2019, by Accurate Title Group, LLC, also known as Accurate Group, LLC. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 45, No. 71, of the April 11, 2019 Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner requested a determination that evaluations to be performed by its non-appraiser employees and contractors are not appraisal reports under paragraph 475.611(1)(e) and Section 475.612, Florida Statutes, and therefore can be developed by Petitioner’s non-appraiser employees and contractors. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on June 3, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
The Board’s Order, filed on June 28, 2019, declines to answer this Petition for Declaratory Statement.
