NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 30, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(96), F.A.C. (7/6/22) and the 2022 QAP from HFH Fox Pointe, LLC so that the Petitioner may return its 2023 Housing Credit Allocation now as opposed to waiting until after the end of the second calendar quarter of 2025.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org.
