NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF RISK IMPACT STATEMENT

UNDER SECTION 120.81(6), FLORIDA STATUTES

In accordance with Section 120.81(6) of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the availability of a Risk Impact Statement, titled “Technical Support Document: Derivation of Human Health-Based Criteria and Risk Impact Statement,” for the proposed revisions to Florida’s human health-based surface water quality criteria. The revisions are being proposed as amendments to Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, Florida Administrative Code.
