State Plan Amendment

This notice is being submitted as an update to the notice that was published in Vol. 42, No. 126, F.A.R.

June 29, 2016, for Hospital Inpatient Reimbursement.

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Hospital Inpatient Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates reimbursement rates for hospital inpatient services as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2016-2017, and makes technical and editorial changes. This amendment to the State Plan will have a federal fiscal impact with an expected increase of $5,659,226 in federal funds for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2015-16 and $16,977,677 in federal funds for FFY 2016-17. The effective date for this amendment will be July 1, 2016.
