BIDS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE August 20, 2019 AND WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2 PM. OFFICIAL PROJECT TITLE: Districtwide Roof Replacement at Various Schools: Kirby-Smith Middle School No. 25 and Holiday Hill Elementary School No. 209. DCSB Project No. M-83800/MT-ITB-005-19. SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of recapping existing modified roofs on Building No. 3 at Kirby-Smith Middle School No. 25 and recovering existing modified roofs with single ply TPO at Holiday Hill Elementary School No. 209. The estimated construction cost is not to exceed $575,615. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 6, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at 129 King Street, Room 37, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Any contractors interested in bidding may attend. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. Project funding is subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
