NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 2, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of Florida Administrative Code subsection 67-21.027(6), F. A. C., from SP Park LLC requesting a waiver of the Final Cost Certification Application Package requirement that the certified public accountant performing the audit of the General Contractor's Cost Certification send confirmation requests to the general contractor's three largest dollar contractors, and authorize sending those confirmation requests to the general contractor's first, second and fourth largest dollar subcontractors instead.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
