NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 1, 2019, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Penny D. Winkle seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B4-3.003, F.A.C., which provides that the theory and practice examination for clinical social workers shall be the Clinical Level objective multiple choice examination developed by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB).
