NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 11, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of Rule 67-21.0025(7)(c), F.A.C., and on June 30, 2023 received an amended petition for waiver of Rule 67-21.0025(7)(c) and 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C. (07/06/2022) and Part A.6.b.a of the Non-Competitive Application Package from College Trace Apartments, L.P., to waive the requirement that only natural persons (or trusts with natural person principals) be disclosed by or at the third principal disclosure level; and 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C., (07/06/2022), and Part A.6.b.1. of the Non-Competitive Application Package so that the Petitioner may adopt the Proposed Organizational Structure attached as Exhibit B upon closing on the purchase of the indirect interest, which closing may occur prior to the issuance of the preliminary determination.
