NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of Rule 67-21.0025(7)(c), F.A.C. (7/06/2022) from Mandarin Trace Apartments so that Petitioner may adopt the Proposed Organizational Structure attached as Exhibit B upon closing on the purchase of the indirect interest.
