GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The West Central Florida Area Agency on Aging (WCFAAA) is holding a Public hearing for residents of Polk, Highlands and Hardee Counties. We invite the community to comment on how local services will be funded in 2013 and voice their opinions on what older adults need – now and in the future. These hearings are intended to present an opportunity for stakeholders to provide input on the development of the agency’s annual Area Plan.

For 2013 WCFAAA proposes to directly provide Health & Wellness Evidence-Based Programs funded through the Older Americans Act Title IIID in Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee and Polk Counties.
