FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION
City of Carrabelle
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Carrabelle’s project to purchase the existing water system owned by Water Management Services, Inc. on St. George Island will not adversely affect the environment. The purchase price is estimated to be $15,000,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal funds and state funds.
