NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 18, 2012, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for a variance or waiver, filed by Seok Hun Kim, PT, PhD, of Rule 64B17-3.001(3)(a)1.d., F.A.C., which requires for foreign gradutes to have received a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
