The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board Industry Workgroup announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Workgroup topics will include, but are not limited to, the Interagency Rules for the Minimum Requirements for Appraisal Management Companies as published in the Federal Register regarding verification of panel size, the regulatory program’s management of the AMC Registry, and an “opt-in” or “opt-out” choice for state regulatory agencies, as well as the various other aspects of the new requirements.
