NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from DALK Land LP. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of the Florida Building Code, Building 3d Ed. (2007), and Section 553.73, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification about the validity of local code enforcement actions relating to fill dirt used at a construction site.
