PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed amendments to Rule 69A-37.039, F.A.C., will update the Medical Examination to Determine Fitness for Firefighter Training form and add three new forms. The proposed amendment to Rule 69A-37.058, F.A.C., will incorporate the Verification of Training Hours/Firefighter I and II form. The proposed amendment to Rule 69A-37.065, F.A.C., will move the provisions of the firesafety inspector program to Rule 69A-39.005, F.A.C.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Update of existing forms; adoption of three new forms; and moving the provisions of the firesafety inspector program to Rule 69A-39.005, F.A.C.
