    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 03, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for STANTON ENERGY CTR at 5100 Alafaya Tr., Orlando, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of rule 2.7.4.1, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, that requires minimum headroom clearance which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
