    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.006, F.A.C., to revise applications BAR 1- BAR 4 to clarify instructions and update examination and reexamination fees. The fees that applicants pay to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation are being reduced to offset the increase in fees applicants will pay to the testing vendor for examinations/reexaminations; total cost to the applicant will not increase.
