    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 69, April 8, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The change is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The Board approved the changes on June 17, 2022. The rule shall now read as follows:

     

    64B1-7.0015 Continuing Education Requirement.

    (1) No Change.

    (2) Alternate methods of obtaining continuing education credit

    (a) through (d) No Change.

    (e) Pro Bono Services: 

    1. though 2. No Change.

    3. Service must be provided on a pro bono basis through an organization offering humanitarian missions to:

    a. No Change.

    b. low income population (no greater than 150% of the federal poverty level);, as based on the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines as published in Vol. 87 Fed. Reg. 3316-16 (Jan. 21, 2022); or

    c. special needs population; or

    c. d. United States military personnel.

    4. No Change.

    (3) through (4) No Change.
