NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 28, 2006 Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(1)(a), and subsections 67-48.004(14), (15), Florida Administrative Code, from Oaks at Shannons Crossing Limited Partnership (Petition). The Petition is seeking a waiver of the Rules to allow a change to the ownership structure of RLI Beneficial Holdings 2005, LLC, sole member of the General Partner and to the structure of the Developer.

Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
