    The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: July 14, 2014, 5:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.

    PLACE: LaCrosse Town Hall, 20613 N. State Road 121, LaCrosse, FL 32658

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is being held to give interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design and social, economic and environment effects of Financial Project ID Number 430513-1, otherwise known as the SR 121 Pedestrian Enhancement project from NW 202nd Place to south of the CSX railroad crossing in LaCrosse, Florida. The proposed improvements recommend constructing new sidewalk to connect to the existing sidewalk and the installation of pedestrian lighting on both sides of the roadway from NW 202nd Place to south of the CSX railroad crossing. Also included is the installation of a Welcome sign at each end of the project. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
