GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To present information and receive public comments on possible revisions to Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, F.A.C., regarding numeric nutrient standards for Florida’s surface waters. Please note that the Department has not made a final decision on whether to proceed to rulemaking at this time. These public workshops are a follow-up to public meetings held in June, 2011 (previously noticed in the May 20, 2011, issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 37, No. 20, pp. 1314-1315). These meetings will include discussion of proposed revisions to rule language in both Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, F.A.C., but will not include discussion of dissolved oxygen analyses that may be addressed at later public meetings.
