Capital Regional Medical Center emergency service exemption

The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for an emergency service exemption from Capital Regional Medical Center located at 2626 Capital Medical Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32308 pursuant to Section 395.1041 (3), Florida Statutes and 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Oral/Maxillo-facial Surgery. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
