FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Opa-Locka
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Opa-Locka’s proposed project involving construction of new and the rehabilitation of existing wastewater collection facilities is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $15,900,000. The project may qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
