Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Mojgan Kaveh-Talley, M.D., on June 23, 2014. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of the requirement for his Florida licensure renewal as it applies to his recent two months of observership training. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 1, 2014.
