NOTICE OF DECISION

The Area Agency on Aging of Central Florida, Inc. dba Senior Resource Alliance, located at 988 Woodcock Rd., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32803 has decided, based on receipt of only one source of services, to award the following program services to:

Osceola County Council on Aging – Older Americans Act Titles IIIB, IIIC-1, IIIC-2, IIID, and IIIE (all);

Aging Matters in Brevard – Older Americans Act Titles IIIC-1 and IIIC-2;

Seniors First, Orange County – Older Americans Act IIIC-1 and IIIC-2;

Meals on Wheels, Etc., Seminole County – Older Americans Act IIIC-1, IIIC-2 and IIIE-G;

Informed Families-Older Americans Act Title IIIE-G

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center – Orange and Seminole Counties, Title IIIE

The following Program Components will be competitively procured via Request for Proposal (RFP):

Brevard County-Older Americans Act Title IIIB and IIIE

Orange County-Older Americans Act Title IIIB and IIIE

Seminole County-Older Americans Act Title IIIB and IIIE
