NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board Massage Therapy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Angela Lind, on June 28, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 480.033 F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board regarding 480.033 F.S., as to whether it is within the scope of practice of a Massage Therapist, for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), to perform bandaging on patients with lymphedema. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
